Hi, Luisa here,
If you came to my family home growing up, you’d never leave hungry. I was raised in a big Italian household where hosting wasn’t just something we did, it was how we showed love. Every gathering mattered. Every detail was thought through. Everyone was looked after. That instinct to care for people, to make them feel welcome and held, is at the heart of how I approach weddings today.
Before this chapter of my life, I worked in law enforcement, and while it might feel worlds away from weddings, it shaped me more than anything else.
It taught me how to stay calm under pressure, how to think clearly when emotions are high, and how to have honest conversations with kindness and confidence. I don’t shy away from challenges. I speak up, I problem-solve, and I do what’s right, always with integrity at the forefront.

Meet Luisa
I bring over ten years of professional experience in planning, logistics, and complex event delivery. Organisation comes naturally to me, but it’s the reassurance I offer that matters most. Knowing there’s someone steady, disciplined, and detail-focused behind the scenes allows my couples to relax and truly enjoy the process, trusting that everything is being handled with care.
At the same time, I’ve always been deeply creative. Discovering venue styling and floral design felt like coming home to a part of myself I didn’t know I’d been missing. Bringing thoughtful design together with strong planning felt like the natural meeting point of everything I love. Luisa Lombardi Events was born from that balance, creating weddings that feel personal, beautifully considered, and genuinely cared for from start to finish. Now to introduce you to Ronan...

Hello, I’m Ronan!
My superpower is that I’m a fast learner and a natural ‘fixer’. If there’s a technical problem that needs solving, or a specific thing that needs arranging, I’m the guy who can figure it out.
I’m a scientist by training, with a master’s degree from UCL. I started my career as a clinical pharmacist, but ten years ago, right around the time Luisa and I said our own ‘I dos’, I moved into the pharma industry and then gradually into the world of tech with roles in business analysis and operations support.
I’ve been a ‘jack of all trades’ ever since, picking up skills in web design, graphic design and audiovisuals along the way.

If it’s technical, digital, or requires a spreadsheet, then I’ve got it covered. But don’t let all that fool you, I’m not a total nerd! I love a good party, and hosting beer pong tournaments back in the day was my introduction to the art of event planning. These days, working alongside Luisa, I get to put all my skills to much better use, planning and coordinating meaningful wedding ceremonies and reception celebrations personal to you.
When you work with Luisa Lombardi Events, you get me on your team too. I’ll be managing your online planning portal, keeping your budget, floor plans and guest lists in order. I’ll build your custom wedding website, set up your digital RSVPs and handle all the technical bits, like working with your printers, room measurements and specifications.
I look after everything behind the scenes so you and Luisa can focus on the creative and joyful side of planning your dream wedding. On the day, I make sure everything gets where it needs to be and works how it should.
