About twelve weeks out, we’ll sit down for a full hand-over meeting, covering everything from set-up times to last-dance requests. I’ll gather any missing details and create a master timeline, plus tailored briefs for each supplier, so every pro from your florist to your photographer follow the same script.
In the final six weeks, I’ll nail everything down: final guest counts, seating plans and décor drop-offs. I can arrange a venue walk-through with your key suppliers to work out logistics and even send notes to your wedding party so they know exactly where to stand (and when to smile!).
On the big day, I’ll be the first to arrive and last to leave, overseeing set-up, coordinating the ceremony, and bringing your reception vision to life. I’ll make sure bills are settled and your gifts (and leftover cake) get home safely. For a minimum of eight hours, I’ll be your venue liaison, family-drama deflector, schedule timekeeper and professional bestie all in one. Think of me as your walking, talking emergency kit.
