People like to call this ‘on-the-day’ coordination, but the magic usually starts about twelve weeks out. I’m already lining up your suppliers, checking all your contracts, and putting together a minute-by-minute timeline so everything clicks into place. By the time you wake up on the big day, all the heavy lifting is already done.

As soon as you book, I’ll send you a welcome pack and a questionnaire to bring me up to speed, plus access to a private planning portal where your timeline, invoices and other important details live in one tidy place. I’ll share useful guides on things like seating plans or ceremony details, flag any issues with contracts or payments, and send a friendly ‘hello’ to all your suppliers so they know they should now be bugging me instead of you.

About twelve weeks out, we’ll sit down for a full hand-over meeting, covering everything from set-up times to last-dance requests. I’ll gather any missing details and create a master timeline, plus tailored briefs for each supplier, so every pro from your florist to your photographer follow the same script.

In the final six weeks, I’ll nail everything down: final guest counts, seating plans and décor drop-offs. I can arrange a venue walk-through with your key suppliers to work out logistics and even send notes to your wedding party so they know exactly where to stand (and when to smile!).

On the big day, I’ll be the first to arrive and last to leave, overseeing set-up, coordinating the ceremony, and bringing your reception vision to life. I’ll make sure bills are settled and your gifts (and leftover cake) get home safely. For a minimum of eight hours, I’ll be your venue liaison, family-drama deflector, schedule timekeeper and professional bestie all in one. Think of me as your walking, talking emergency kit.

Every email, text and last-minute call now comes to me. Suppliers get the clear briefs and quick answers they need, while your family enjoys bubbles instead of folding napkins or hunting for the DJ. And because I keep the schedule on track, no photographer is left standing around and no band plays to an empty dance floor. Every penny you’ve invested works exactly as you imagined.
